Please read this User Agreement before using ZelorivaTV. Opening the application, creating an account, or continuing to use any feature means that you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the service.

1. Who May Use the Service

You must meet the minimum age and legal-capacity requirements that apply where you live. If you are not legally able to accept these terms independently, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

2. Your Account

When registration is available, you must provide truthful information and keep it updated. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us if you believe that another person has accessed it without permission.

3. What ZelorivaTV Provides

The service may include browsing, search, program information, streaming, saved lists, playback history, recommendations, account tools, and optional paid features. Available functions can vary by device, application version, account status, technical conditions, and content authorization.

4. Personal Use Permission

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable right to access ZelorivaTV for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. No ownership interest in the application, software, branding, or media is transferred to you.

5. Catalog and Playback Changes

Titles, episodes, artwork, language options, subtitles, quality levels, and other viewing features may be added, replaced, restricted, or removed. Such changes may occur because of rights, law, security, maintenance, distribution, or operational needs.

6. Acceptable Conduct

You must not:

copy, capture, publish, sell, rebroadcast, or commercially exploit protected material;
circumvent access checks, subscription validation, territorial controls, or security technology;
reverse engineer the application except where applicable law expressly allows it;
introduce malware, automated scraping, excessive requests, or other harmful interference;
misrepresent purchases, misuse promotions, impersonate another person, or engage in unlawful conduct.

7. Paid Features

Before you approve a purchase, the checkout screen will present the product, price, duration, and any recurring-billing terms. Transactions handled by a payment platform are also subject to that platform’s purchase, cancellation, and refund procedures.

8. Ownership and Rights

ZelorivaTV and its licensors retain all rights in the application and materials supplied through it. Trademarks, interfaces, text, images, video, audio, and related elements may not be used beyond the permission expressly granted in this Agreement.

9. External Services

Some operations depend on independent services such as device systems, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, and content-delivery infrastructure. We do not control their independent terms, privacy practices, or availability.

10. Maintenance and Updates

We may release updates, change features, conduct maintenance, or discontinue portions of the service. An update may be required to maintain security, compatibility, or access. We will provide notice where applicable law requires it.

11. Suspension and Account Closure

We may limit or end access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, infringement, security risks, invalid entitlements, repeated violations, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through available controls or by email.

12. Service Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZelorivaTV is provided “as available” without a promise that every feature, title, device, or connection will work continuously or without error. This does not reduce any consumer protection that cannot legally be waived.

13. Limitation of Liability

Where lawful, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise this Agreement to reflect service, legal, security, or operational changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. If a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it through an appropriate channel.

2. Viewing and Feature Activity

3. Device and Diagnostic Data

Technical records may include device model, operating system, application version, language, IP address, network type, identifiers, crash reports, performance events, and security logs. We use these records to maintain compatibility, reliability, and safety.

4. Purchase Information

When a payment platform processes a purchase, we may receive limited transaction data such as product name, order reference, purchase time, subscription status, expiration date, or refund state. We do not receive or store the complete card number handled by the payment provider.

5. How Information Is Collected

Information may come directly from you, from your interaction with ZelorivaTV, from your device, or from companies assisting with authentication, hosting, diagnostics, delivery, security, analytics, and payment verification.

6. Why We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver requested functions, remember settings and progress, validate paid access, respond to support, diagnose failures, prevent misuse, understand service performance, meet legal duties, and protect our users and rights.

7. Legal Grounds

Where required, processing is based on performance of a service requested by you, legitimate interests such as security and improvement, compliance with law, or your consent. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the applicable basis.

8. Analytics and Communications

Measurement tools may help us evaluate crashes, performance, and general feature use. We may send operational messages concerning your account or service. Optional promotional communications will be subject to required permission and available opt-out choices.

9. When Information May Be Disclosed

We may provide limited information to contracted vendors that perform services for us under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with valid legal process, prevent fraud, protect safety or rights, or complete a business reorganization with suitable safeguards.

10. No Sale of Personal Information

11. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, security, accounting, purchase records, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Data is then deleted or de-identified, although protected backups may persist until their normal replacement cycle ends.

12. Security

13. International Processing

ZelorivaTV is not directed to children below 13, or a higher minimum age required by local law. If we learn that personal information was collected contrary to these requirements, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

15. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of certain personal information. We may verify your identity before acting and may retain limited information where law, fraud prevention, security, or transaction records require it.

16. Account Deletion

You may use an available in-app deletion option or email us with the subject “ZelorivaTV Account Deletion.” Deletion removes or de-identifies eligible account data after verification. A recurring subscription managed by a separate payment platform must be canceled through that platform independently.

17. Policy Updates

We may revise this Policy when our technology, providers, practices, or legal responsibilities change. The effective date will be updated, and additional notice will be provided when required.

This Membership Service Agreement governs optional membership products offered through ZelorivaTV. By purchasing or using a membership, you also agree to the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, any applicable Auto-Renewal Agreement, and the information shown before payment.

1. Selecting a Plan

Available plans may differ in price, term, renewal method, eligibility, and benefits. The checkout page is the controlling description of the plan you choose. Review it carefully before completing the transaction.

2. Included Benefits

A membership may provide access to identified programming, viewing functions, reduced advertising, or other benefits described in the application. Benefits depend on an active entitlement and may vary by device, software version, technical capability, and content authorization.

3. Purchase Confirmation

Your membership begins after the payment service confirms the order and ZelorivaTV verifies the entitlement. Temporary delays may occur because of network conditions, payment processing, synchronization, or maintenance.

4. Personal and Account-Based Access

Membership is for personal, non-commercial use and is associated with the relevant purchasing and ZelorivaTV accounts. It may not be resold, rented, traded, or transferred unless an authorized payment platform expressly supports the transfer.

5. Supported Devices

Device types, concurrent sessions, or playback capability may be limited by the selected plan. We may require another sign-in or entitlement check when device activity appears unusual or verification is needed.

6. Access Is Not Ownership

Membership gives conditional access to benefits; it does not grant ownership of programs or digital materials. A particular title, episode, quality option, subtitle, audio track, or feature is not guaranteed to remain available throughout the membership term.

7. Changes to Benefits

Reasonable benefit or catalog changes may be made for licensing, security, law, technical performance, product operation, or third-party requirements. We will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.

8. Advertising-Related Benefits

If the plan description includes fewer advertisements, that benefit applies only to the placements identified in the current plan. Service notices, content sponsorship, legal information, and other non-standard promotional material may still appear.

9. Term and Renewal

A non-renewing plan ends after its stated duration. A recurring plan renews until canceled in accordance with the Auto-Renewal Agreement and the purchasing platform’s controls. The plan status shown by the payment platform should be checked regularly.

10. Canceling a Membership

Recurring plans must normally be canceled through the same platform used to purchase them. Deleting the application, signing out, or deleting a ZelorivaTV account does not by itself cancel an external subscription. Unless otherwise required, benefits continue until the paid period ends.

11. Price and Taxes

The payment page displays the amount before confirmation. Currency, tax, conversion, and payment processing may be determined by the payment service. Charges imposed independently by banks, networks, or internet providers are outside our control.

12. Trials and Special Offers

Promotions may be limited by time, account, device, location, or prior subscription history. If an offer converts to a paid recurring plan, its duration, price, and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before enrollment.

13. Refunds and Reversals

Refunds for third-party processed orders are generally decided by the payment platform under its procedures and applicable law. A refund, chargeback, or reversed payment may result in removal of the associated membership benefits.

14. Restoring a Valid Purchase

If access is missing, sign in with the original purchasing account and use the available restore option. Support may ask for a non-sensitive order reference and approximate purchase date but will not ask for your payment password or complete card information.

15. Misuse

You may not falsify receipts, exploit promotions, share entitlements outside permitted account rules, interfere with verification, or obtain paid benefits through fraud or technical circumvention.

16. Restriction of Benefits

Membership access may be paused or withdrawn if an entitlement expires, is refunded, cannot be validated, was acquired improperly, or is connected with a serious violation of our terms. Access may be restored after a valid entitlement is confirmed.

17. Service Disclaimer

To the extent allowed by law, membership services are offered “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted payment-platform operation, immediate synchronization, or permanent availability of any catalog item. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Updates and Support

We may update this Agreement for changes in memberships, law, technology, or operations. The latest version will display a new effective date. Contact orionstudio2026@163.com for assistance and include only non-sensitive transaction information.

Auto-Renewal Agreement Close

This Auto-Renewal Agreement applies when a ZelorivaTV subscription is marked as recurring at checkout. By confirming that subscription, you authorize repeated billing under the terms shown before purchase and the provisions below.

1. Recurring Subscription

Your subscription continues for successive billing periods unless you cancel it, payment cannot be completed, the product is discontinued, or access is otherwise ended. The plan name, period, and initial price appear on the purchase screen.

2. Authorization to Charge

You authorize the payment platform used for purchase to charge its stored payment method for each renewal, including applicable tax. ZelorivaTV does not independently obtain your complete card credentials from that platform.

3. Billing Date and Cycle

The payment platform determines the precise renewal time, billing date, and processing sequence. Month length, time zone, platform procedures, and retry rules may affect when a charge appears. Consult your subscription settings for the current date.

4. How to Turn Off Renewal

Use the subscription-management controls of the platform through which you purchased the plan. Complete cancellation before the deadline displayed there. Removing ZelorivaTV, signing out, or closing an application account does not automatically stop recurring billing.

5. Access After Cancellation

A successful cancellation prevents later renewal but ordinarily leaves benefits active until the current paid term ends. It does not automatically refund a charge already processed. Different treatment may apply where law or the payment platform requires it.

6. Price Adjustments

A later billing period may use a revised price only after any notice, consent, or other process required by law or the payment platform. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before it takes effect.

7. Trials and Discounts

A free or discounted introductory period may convert to the regular recurring price when it ends. Eligibility, offer length, conversion price, and cancellation deadline will be shown before enrollment. Previous participation may affect eligibility.

8. Receipts and Notices

The payment platform may provide billing confirmations, renewal reminders, price notices, or cancellation records. Keep the contact details for your purchasing account current and review its subscription status periodically.

9. Unsuccessful Payments

A renewal can fail because a payment method expires, authorization is declined, the account is restricted, or a technical problem occurs. The payment platform may retry the charge, request updated details, allow a grace period, or let the subscription expire.

10. Verification of Paid Access

ZelorivaTV may check the subscription record before providing membership benefits. Access may pause while a renewal cannot be confirmed and may resume when the payment platform reports a valid entitlement.

11. Refund Handling

A refund request for a payment-platform purchase should normally be submitted through that platform’s designated process. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or successfully disputed, the corresponding benefits may be removed.

12. Restoring a Subscription

After reinstalling the application or changing devices, sign in with the original purchasing account and use any available restore function. Restoration requires a valid, active transaction record.

13. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your purchasing account, checking plan terms, maintaining an acceptable payment method, and retaining cancellation evidence. Fraudulent refund claims, altered receipts, and attempts to bypass subscription checks are prohibited.

14. Functions Managed by Others

The payment platform controls billing credentials, charge authorization, tax calculation, cancellation interfaces, payment retries, and many refund decisions. Its mandatory procedures apply to those functions.

15. Ending or Suspending Renewal Benefits

Benefits may be limited if a subscription expires, is reversed, cannot be verified, was acquired unlawfully, or is connected to a serious violation of ZelorivaTV terms. Such restriction does not itself create a refund entitlement.

16. Availability and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, renewal verification is offered “as available.” Immediate synchronization, uninterrupted third-party processing, and successful charging of every payment method are not guaranteed. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect.

17. Agreement Revisions

We may amend this Agreement when subscription products, payment operations, technology, or law changes. The current version will show a revised effective date, and additional notice or consent will be provided when required.
